Savings Payout

My name is Carmen Johnson, Id Number ***. I'm very unhappy with Fedhealth after all these years being a loyal client. I opted to stay at Fedhealth instead of going over to GEMS seeing that I was a government worker. I went on pension late last year and because I could not pay my premiums any longer, they cancelled my medical aid. I don't have a problem with that. The problem I've got is that I'm fighting for my savings to be paid out to me. My money not their's, mine. They've got all kind of excuses, but when I could not pay a premium they did not think twice to stop my medical aid. I just want what's owed to me. That's all.
