SAVINGS DEPLETED

AGAIN this year fedhealth has not let the opportunity pass by to surprise me with "fine print" nonsence. In January 2016 i did my part by phoning the customer care line and double checking if the GP that i have to see is indeed a network doctor. This was confirmed by a gentleman from fedhealth. So the year has almost come to an end and the accounts are starting to pile up with one reason on all of them. Namely "SAVINGS DEPLETED", i am now constantly being harrased by doctors for me to pay. I took the time today to phone fedhealth and enquire on all of these accounts and the lady "Lusanda" from fedhealth explained to me that the ammounts that were not paid was due to the reason that my savings were depleted. Being difficult for me to fathom why, she went on the system and said that it is beacause the network doctor that i changed to was not listed on their side as my doctor (reffereing back to my second sentence of this review). Meaning that IF when i phoned in January, the man that i dealt with just pressed the correct button, i would not be in this situation. I now have an collective amount of R2018.72 to pay out of my pocket. I demand fedhealth to get to the bottom of this because i have NO IDEA why i am paying so much for my current plan if the problem lies with you, fedhealth. I am patiently awaiting a call from you, hopefully someone that knows how to push the correct button. Reference on my last call 031016QYWHPT.
