Rude Investigators who treat clients like they are *********.

I changed medical aids because I wanted to add my husband under my cover. At the time I did not know I was pregnant. Little did I know that that fedhealth will make the pregnancy a nightmare. I just had a call from a very unprofessional investigator trying to find out why I didnt disclose that I was pregnant. She was very rude and wouldn't let me talk. It felt like I did a crime and I must defend myself to a judge.
