I have requested for claim to reprocessed, I was initially told it takes 5days to get feedback but I am still not getting the feedback I need. I am getting told that the assessors are battling to take money from my savings but my savings has money. How can reprocessing a claim take almost two weeks, I am really battling to understand. I will go back to Discovery if I have to.
