They won't assist me with authorization for an emergency surgery I have to have tomorrow to save my life. 2 consultants I spoke to said the co payment will be waived but this is not so. I'm so confused and in so much pain. This is atrocious, they hang up on me when I speak to them. They say my authorization is pending because they are waiting for x rays and letter but my doctor sent them hours ago!!!!!
