I am absolutely livid with this company. I went to my network hospital on the 13th of Oct as my son had an emergency. Although i went to my network hospital i was still to get authorization? i left discovery to join fedhealth thinking it works the same if i use my network hospital but no with fedhealth you need to still call..... this is the worse ever. I pay for medical aid monthly but I must now pay for a claim cash because of a ****en simple call. i am so angry and waiting for January do I can go back to Discovery. this medical aid is ****, do not and I repeat do not join this medical aid.
