Removing my daughter because she is studying at Unisa, Fedhealth what is going on with you?

The Scheme has received the proof of registration for ***xx. We cannot accept this as student Proof from Unisa, as Unisa is a distance learning institution. We will accept proof of registration from Unisa that states that the dependant is a full-time student. If you are unable to provide us with this information, a stamped affidavit can be sent to us, confirming the following information:

1. Where the dependant lives - She is a student and is staying with me. 2. Employment status of the dependant - A student is what it is saying, a student? 3. Proof of income - a student is studying, and not having any income? 4. Marital status of the dependant - Single, or else she wouldn't have the same surname as mine??

My daughter is out of town for the holidays and will only be available in 4 weeks time.
