REMOVE DIRECT AXIS BROKER

<p>Many years ago I was basically misled into thinking I was talking to a Fedhealth agent. At no stage did Mr Alrado Elridge Olckers tell me he is from Direct Axis. At no stage did he indicate that he is now officially my broker. At no stage did he indicate that I will be unable to make any changes to my medical aid without him. At no stage did he indicate that I will not ever be able to contact him ever again.</p> <p>Right now I'm trying to join Sanlam Reality, but to no avail. I'm constantly reminded that I have a broker.</p> <p>Please remove Direct Axis and Mr Olkers from my profile so that I can get on with my life.</p> <p> </p>
