Regret being on Fedhealth medical. Worst service everr

I've been on Fedhealth medical for over a year. Recently found out I'm pregnant and requested to change my option plan to flex 2. I sent all the relent doc to them. Just recieved an email stating my request has been declined due to late request of option change. I called them and the consultant say there is nothing they can do to help me. I'm so stressed out now.
