Registration of grandchild dependent
My granddaughter has turned 2months old on the 11th/01,i have since tried to register her with Fedhealth to date nothing is happening,very bad service from their call centre employees and management,my first application was the 09th/11/2019 they kept on returning my application requesting the same information that has already been sent,i wrote a complain still not being attended to.My granddaughter had her first Paediatrician appointment on 11/12/19 i had to cash,i had spend a fortune on phone calls and emails.

10 Jan 2020, 11:55Thank you,however i am surprised as to why there is a waiting period of 3months,she was just born and her mother is also on Fedhealth she was given all the neccessary support during her pregnancy meaning you knew someone was coming then why waiting period
