Registered on a wrong option

Last year I enquired to join Fedhealth. The agent that phoned me then give me the Entrysaver option. I specifically asked him if we can use our own Gp's and own Hospitals as we dont want a Network option, his answer to this was Yes. The second time he phoned me I asked him the same question where he again answered YES.<br> Only to find out today the following:<br> Abby<br> yes, all our calls are recorded<br> If you make use of a non network hospital on the maxima entrysaver plan for a planned procedure, you will have a co-payment of R5270.00<br> If you make use of your own GP, you wont have access to the unlimited GP benefit once the savings have been depleted.<br> This wasn't even mentioned in the conversations. And the recordings can be listen to<br> So in other words Ive been misleaded and **** to, is this what Fedhealth is all about. I'm very dissapointed because of this. And really regret my change in medical aid right now.<br> I want this fixed or Im cancelling I dont want a Network option as Im travelling and some places dont have network hospitals. So in other words im *****ed at this stage
