Refusing payment of PMB condition

My (I am a medical doctor) mother was admitted to Cape Gate Mediclinic in April 2017 with sudden pain in her lower back radiating down her leg, which they investigated. An MR Lumbar Spine (2018/04/18) was done, which showed pressure on the spine due to an infectious process. Further blood tests for infectious markers proofed that there is an infectious process. An ultrasound of the heart showed an infectious process. Blood cultures were positive. She was diagnosed with ENDOCARDITIS by the physician – a resistant organism which caused the endocarditis with a septic emboli to the lumbar vertebrae. This is clearly a Prescribed Minimum Benefit condition (PMB 210E – endocarditis; PMB 941A – spinal cord compression). After more than 8 months and multiple e-mails (x8) FEDHEALTH medical aid ( ********** 5857) continued to refuse to make payment of account from the radiology department at Cape Gate Mediclinic.
