Refused to cancel membership

I've been asking these people to cancel my membership and they keep telling me they will send me confirmation in 3 days but I'm still yet to receive the confirmation, it's like they are keeping me hostage, this is ******* service from fedhalth, it's repulsive, and you expect me to pay for a service I don't want, very disappointed
