Refuse to pay back my premies

I app**** for a medical aid with fedhealth activation in October 2020. They provided me with wrong information informing me that the premie is R1700 all included doctor visits everything. When I went to the doctor I now have to pay the doctor myself and my medication spoke to banela informing me that they cant give back my premies although they have not paid a cent on any medical bills. Informing me its not there problem as one of there brokers spoke to me senobia at sanlam and there is nothing they can do about it. I am very Irate as I now have to pay my own medical bills and they refuse to give my premies back. They now want to tell me it is not there problem because they did not do the application.
