Refuse to cancel membership.

I’ve called multiple times to have my medical aid cancelled and they’re telling it will take 72 hours? How? What’s so difficult to cancel the policy. Fedhealth has to be one of the appalling companies. The customer service is so rude, their processes disappointing. Sometimes cheap isn’t an option when it comes to medical aid.
