refusal to reimbur*****t savings after canc

Since my last feedback regarding Fedhealth where they blatantly refuse to pay for an operation my daughter desperately needed. They contacted us, saying there is a savings reimbur*****t due.<br> We enquired about the R25000 odd we contributed and the boldly told me that its a medical aid and we lose out if we cancel.<br> Regarding the savings, its now 3 months and they ask for all kinds of paperwork which they did not ask for in the beginning of contract. They insisted that we resend ID, bank account and a letter from my husband where they dismissed his signature. We eventually, reluctantly forwarded the docs they demanded. <br> Consequently, they demand a copy of my husband's visa, with no explanation as to why. Which we did today. Hoping that will end this day light *******.<br> Simple, I do believe they want to keep/ ***** the R25000 as well as the savings. Money they did not earn or work for.
