Refusal to refund

I have submitted two claims about 6 months apart, fedhealth has failed to refund me. When I contacted them they requested I send proof of payment which I did but still no refund except for an automated reply acknowledging recipient of both my emails. I'll advice anyone to stay away from this medical aid company
