Refusal to pay plan benefits
Even after a FedHealth consultant contacted me to follow up on my HelloPeter complaint, and I submitted my claims a second time, FedHealth is only refunding R197 out of R1035 for preventative dental care, that is a CLEARLY STATED benefit on my plan.
