Refusal to pay for PMB condition

<p>My father saw the ophthalmologist the 8th November 2016 for a PMB (Prescribed Minimum Benefit condition) and Fedhealth still did not pay the account, despite the fact that the ophthalmologist submitted the account several times and I personally requested them several times to pay the account by submitting it by e-mail.</p> <p>Secondly, the same ophthalmologist prescribed medication for a PMB condition, glaucoma and they refused to add Cosopt eye drops to the chronic list. Despite the fact that the ophthalmologist added it, because his response to the other medication is not adequate.</p> <p> </p>
