Refund my money

I went for a consultation where I needed to make a cash payment and then claim for The medical aid scheme. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks now when I was told it would take at most 2 weeks. I had to call in to follow up countless times only to be told nonsense!!!! So unprofessional, please stay away from them ! I’m heading to the ombudsman!!!
