REFUND

<p>I claimed for refund on the 08/08/2016 and i was told it will be refuended in 7 working days but today i get an sms saying it will be refuended 3 days adter the 24/08/2016 which way more than 7 days and there My GPwho have submitted 2 account after my refund but has been paid both claims, i am the member and i feel treatment should be the same with processing claims for DR and we well as for member, i am very un happy i called in and spoke to 2 agents Bafana and Refiloe and they both promised that i will be refunded today 18/08/2016. With all my doctors claims it takes less than 5 days for them to be paid and now its me i want a refund its taking a month, but i am the one paying contributions and i am the member. </p>
