rather sceptical of cover with fedhealth

I app**** for medical aid cover with Fedhealth through Jenus Health and to be quite honest I am beginning to doubt the product and wish to cancel. The advisor at Jenus Health told me that Emergency Room / Casualty visits are paid from my Savings account, The Fedhealth website states that these visits are paid from Hospital or Risk if authorised 48hours after the visit?? Jenus Health told me my cover is effective 1st January 2016 and my first debit will be in December 2015, Fedhealth tells me my first debit will be January 2016. I have always been on a medical aid and never have I been without medical aid for more than 3 months and yet Fedhealth have given me a 3 month waiting period?? Why?? I also still have not received my member card and booklet ands its almost a month. Rather sceptical to keeo this medical aid
