Rather go blind but please do not get glasses or get your eyes tested

Where do I start. I have gotton an account for over the R6000 of unpaid accounts at my nominated GP. In my daily work I work alot on my computer and my eyes are not what it should be so i went to get an eye test as i get migraines so bad that i vomit non stop. Now i get left with an outstanding amount for my glasses which now leads to that my glasses are ready for collection but due to my financial state and me the only bread winner cant get it as i need to provide in the best medical aid for my partially paralyzed special needs daughter.
