Quick effecient service

A friend sent me a message asking what medical aid I was on...he asked for a contact number so I logged onto the Fed Health website just to get a number for him to call...and blow me down if a pop up doesn't appear on my screen from A guy by the name of Darren asking if he can help. He took down my friends details and has confirmed that a consultant will contact him to assist. Incredible, unexpected, fast and efficient service. Thank you Darren.
