Query auto resolved with no feedback. Come on guys..

I logged a query on the Fedhealth site to try to obtain a list of all the claims I've made - There haven't been many and the site is poorly designed, if there is a way to see ALL of ones claims i could not find that setting.

I now see the query has been marked as "resolved" yet no one has contacted me or resolved anything. POOR service yet again from FedHealth and the website that keeps letting them down.

Further more their email signature says (They can't even get their own company name right):
