PUT ON A PLAN WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND NON DISCLOSURE OF UNSUITABLE PLAN

I was a member ofTopmed untile Fedhealth took over.They put me on a plan ,as they say was similar to the one i had with Topmed without me being consulted and without authorisation. I was never notified and no paperwork was received.I did not sign up for any plans and they never contacted me regarding this matter.I only became aware that Fedhealth had taken over Topmed when i went to get medication from a chemist in Centurion who then informed me that my Topmed medical aid was now cancelled and taken over by Fedhealth.The plan that they have me on on is unsuitable to me and it is the most difficult company to deal with or get hold of. I did not consent to any plans and now i sit in a dilema .If i had to get medication ,they will authorise it and debit my bank account in instalments to pay for it.That is beside my co and my contribution of more that 6 thaousand rand a month.This is ridiculous.If i do not get my monies returned ,i will go dto the Ombudsman or seek legal advice as this has been done without my consent and NON DISCLOSURE FROM FEDHEQALTH.
