Put back Arwyp Medical Centre on the Hospital Network!!!!

The private hospital closest to my home is now removed from the Fedhealth network. There are several private hospitals in my area and none of them are on the network. What's the point then?? The Fedhealth client care agent said if it's a life or death emergency situation then I can use any hospital until I am stabilized? What does that even mean?? I've been using Arwyp Medical Centre hospital since 2015. It's the closest to my home. I had both my children there. I don't understand why there is now no private hospital in my area on the network. I don't want to change medical aids but this is ridiculous! There's no point in paying a reasonable contribution if you're not getting benefits you actually need. I'm shopping around now. I'm going to cancel this medical aid if Arwyp Medical Centre is not put back on the network list.
