Promised one thing and not delivered

I requested Fedhealth to cancel my medical aid as I have to go onto my new employers medical aid, Heinz said that if I mail him proof that I am required to go onto my employers medical aid, he would cancel my medical aid effective end April, I emailed all the proof to him, then I get a membership certificate stating that my medical aid only cancels end of May, even after I was told that if I send proof that my medical aid will be cancelled effective end April, I logged onto Fedhealth and wanted to get assisted by the chat line but they are useless, I also asked to be given all my membership certificates as I changed members, and I was given only 2 years of memberships, now it will look to the new medical aid like I had a break in membership, plse contact me on ********** , my other numbers are discontinued
