Promise made ¬ kept
I submitted a claim on the 26th spoke to a agent who said that it will be processed 3-4 days. It is 2 weeks later n still no feedback. I called to follow up n was informed that there is a backlog in claims that is non of my business why do u respond n promise 3-4 days on your mail then? Why should I be calling u to follow up??
