PRODUCT DISSATISFACTION

It is with disappointment that I have to write this to you again about promises undelivered. I was hospitalised on 2 occasions since joining this medical aid and in the brochure one of the unique benefits was that the 7 day medication dispensed in-hospital was covered and not deductible from savings, this was not the case upon my first hospitalisation and it is clearly stated that medication dispensed from a hospital pharmacy or included in the hospital bill will be covered as a unique benefit. I had another unpleasant experience when I was told I'd have to be reimbursed from my savings for a post-hospital check-up with the specialist and I'm certain that this was also a benefit for up to 30 days discharge. I'm really not happy with Fedhealth at some point in my hospitalisation I had to wait for authorisation which took up to 48hrs to get a CT scan and this was after having to phone the medical aid pushing for authorisation whilst lying on a hospital bed. I have concluded that I want to resign from the scheme because what you guys are promising is NOT the case.
