Probably the most unhelpful medical aid provider in the whole of SA. I have been a fed health member for 5 years. Never missed a payment, never failed to supply information or documents to the scheme on requirement...

In Dec 2019 communication regarding membership contributions the email were most definitely not clear like it was in year prior to 2019 regarding income verification. After phoning them and and asking what the reason was for the almost R600 more in Feb after the much high amount the email received in December 2019 was deducted (also not to mentioned that that amount was never in any communication mentioned to me, and a debited amount needs to be communicated to the account holder of account debited.) I was then informed that income verification for was required. I then noted again the email communication was not clear. Then form was send I filled in and it took 19 days for them to get back to me. Refusing to correct the amount for JAN 2020. The unwillingness to help that this company shows is shocking. The Slogan "Family takes care of Family" is BIG FAT LIE when it comes to fedhealth. The do not care about thier member "family" at all. I will never in my life ever refer FEDHEALTH to anyone again. I am totally disappointed that that they have such dis-value of their members.
