Posted a bad review, now i'm posting a good review on FedHealth

I have never had bad experience from fedhealth until i had to have a premium refunded to me. However, i found that sending emails would only prolong the process so i decided to go through the live chat section in the members area and i was helped by two black South African gentlemen who really did a great jon on rectifying the issues. I am very grateful and appreciative of their service.
