Positive outcome

I have been struggling since 19 April to get a self-funded portion added to Threshold. I logged several complaints with Fedhealth via email, Messenger, Ombudsman and then eventually around 23 August I decided to log a bad review on Hello Peter to ensure that I do get the necessary attention.

My issue was then transferred manager, Heidi St'Clair, and she assured me that she will investigate the issue and get back to me. Heidi kept me informed as to what the problem was and how they were going to resolve it around 12 September. Finally I got the news i was waiting for since April. My threshold report is now in order!!! YAY! Thank you so much to Heidi for ensuring that my issue received the proper attention and that it got resolved. I really do appreciate you for stepping in, taking control and getting it sorted!
