Poor service when claiming

I usually have good assistance from Fedhealth consultants however this is the 1st time I have made a claim which I made on the 8th of November. I contacted them after 11 business days and everytime I get in touch with a consultant and request feedback as its passed the 10 day turnaround time, I get dropped or transferred. This is not on.
