Poor service at Fedhealth

I have given Fedhealth Notice to terminate my membership. In the last two weeks they have given me three to four calls asking me why and I should look at other options. Last week I said that I’m not interested and they promised to send me my certificate with the end date included. No certificate to date yet. When I called this morning, the consultant told me they have not received my termination notice. He asked me to hold on and after 12 minutes of waiting and to save my airtime I put the phone down. Can someone at Fedhealth please send me my certificate with my end date on. This is so ridiculous.

Good morning the scheme has not contacted me. This morning I called again and they are still not able to provide me with my certificate. I was told they going to phone me in an hour it’s now three hours later and no called. Please they only need to email me my certificate reflecting my end date. I have nothing else to tell them.
