Poor service and waste of money

The worst service. I was incorrectly informed that I have savings and can visit my network hospital with no co payment. When I visited my network hospital I was requested a co payment. I brought this to they attention they offered another plan and apologized for the inconvenience. They don't care about address the error and fixing it. I need to pay for medical bills incurred despite the fact that I was told I qualify for the benefit.
