Poor service. Always have excuses not to pay for their members

Very bad service from Fedhealth. Im on FlexiFed 1 and they made do many excuses when I wanted to change to FlexiFed two due to a life changing situation. I provided the necessary information on my part but they made excuses. Im also shocked that they don’t pay for emergencies when you are treated at casualty in a hospital. Although when they advertise this option they say they cover emergencies. I wouldn’t recommend Fedhealth to anyone. They haven’t covered any of my medical expenses so far and I’ve been with them for five years. Am considering changing this medical aid. It’s useless
