Good day

I logged 2 queries online with the queries numbers (*** and ***) but still awaiting feedback.

I tried a 3rd time via email query number is: 210822Q7S8KP still no feedback.

My query relates to clarity regarding the attached certificate issued specifically relating to:

the end date 31 October 2022, does this mean I will be covered for medical benefits until 31 October 2022 e.g. (chronic meds, GP visits in hospital )?; will I have monthly medical contributions to be paid to the medical aid until 31 October 2022, because my Employer ended my monthly medical aid contributions as at 31 August 2022 does this mean I don’t need to pay any contributions even though my end date on the certificate states 31 October 2022?
