Poor Service

I made a quote on all medical aids via Hippo and Fed Health was the best option. I then requested a call back after chatting& giving my number and email address to a Mary who said she would call shortly - that did not happen. She then called the following day very late and said she would call back the next morning at 8:30am - this again, did not happen.... I want to sign up for medical aid but clearly Fed Health is not interested.
