Poor Service

<p>I need pre-auth for a hospital and my query have been hanging about 2 weeks. They won't bother to give you feedback unless you phone them just to realise there is NO progress in your matter yet. But they say you need 48hrs approval in advance, yet they cant resolve a matter in2 weeks. They take10 mins to eventually answer their phones just to cut you off, wasting your airtime and wont bother to call you back. I submitted forms a week ago but they only start attending to it this today (a week later) so because of their lack of service they would probably expect a co payment for the hospital stay because they cant do their jobs and they dont give you feedback in time and dont seem to worry about their clients needs. This is pathetic and my patience is running out.i dont reccommend this medical aid to anyone.</p>
