Poor service

<p>They keep you on hold when you call them and they dont even answer there calls when you call in for help, even if you try to contact them on Facebook page they replay but give you more deficulties. They dont come with a solution even now im still waiting for them i even gave them my membership number and contacts no one gave me a call from 08:30am today </p>
