poor service

my first complainte :my husband arrange with the medical aid not to debit order us for 2 months and that our medical aid must start again this month.<br> <br> EFT was made on the 20/02/2015 and still they tried to deduct the money out of my account.<br> <br> we also ask to cancel the debit order as EFT will be **** every month on the 20.<br> <br> I don't have the 2 months instalments to pay, sorly there was misunderstanding between the person that arrange this, as they thing that we will pay the money all the money this month but we arrange only to pay from this money again.<br> <br> my 2nd complainted: after we had made arrangements regarding my complaint this morning I received an email to state that my medical aid is terminated!!! <br> <br> does they don't make notes on there systems!!! no Fedhealth just does what they want I want my things to be sorted today or I will go to the ombutsment<br> <br>
