Poor Service

Fedhealth is the worse medical aid. I have been tring to get hold of a call centre agent to sort out a medical aid bill that has been handed over to the attorneys for collection with out our knowledge. I have been holding on for 3hrs now tring to get hold of an agent. What is going to happen when we are in desperate need of medical assistance. Can i be contacted urgently
