poor service

first december decided to join them even if their medical aid was expensive copared to the others i was promised that the is no waiting period for chronic medication i went to the doctor had a script went to the phamacy then the problem started i was told that the medical aid is refusing to pay i went home called fedhealth and was assured that next time i go to the phamacy i have to call and it will be paid to my shock my medication was not paid coz the is a waiting period for my chronic i called them was on a call for literally 2 hours no one could help i then decided to call them to cancel went to the bank and reversed the debit oder to my supprise i get an email that my medical aid has been suspended and the was no payment received for december i need my money back as i have proof that the ecember debit went off since the was no sevice rendered i need my money as i now have a bill from the blood i took and i had to pay cash for my medication i need this solved as in now.
