POOR SERVICE

Fedhealth is the ****tiest medical aid I had to deal with!!! I went to a specialist on the 7th of October 2015 and I was booked for a operation on the 20th of October 2015. I submitted the document to the hospital on the 7th October 2015 and I have been waiting 2 weeks for authorization and they only told me a day before I have to go in for my op that authorization is still pending and that if I get the authorization I have an access payment of R5000. HOW PATHETIC??!!! I pay R2600 per month for medical aid and I still have to pay the R5000 before I can be admitted to hospital. When I have questions they battle to give me an answer!!! I am ****ed off and I wouldnt reccomemnd anyone to Fedhealth. I havent had this kind of struggles with any other medical aid. And the best part is that Fedhealth wants to \investigate"the matter upon whether its a pre-existing condition - FOR REMOVING MY TONSELS!!! REALLY????"""
