Poor practices and services

i am paying my for mum and dads medical aid. an amount of R+-2600. fedhealth has consistently charge me R+-3600 for the past two months even though i have sent them the relevant documents. this is unacceptable for a professional organisation to operate in this manner. customer service also seems to be appalling.
