POOR POOR POOR POOR!!!! Process claims I never asked for, no feedback and generic responses.

Horrible company, for 3 weeks I've been asking for clarity on how my savings work. I basically get R90 a year, R90 a year when I pay close to R3000 a month. Tell me how that works, I don't really claim, infact don't think have for the last 1.5 years? I'm forced to take this **** scheme due to where I work... You also now went and used the savings I had towards something I never asked to claim for, I was just trying to get clarity. Please have someone call me ASAP. Anyone considering joining them, stay away, been with them for 4 years and its' just been horrible with each interaction. Go to Discovery they know what they doing not this company.
