POOR CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

If i can ever advise on someone joining this medical scheme dont. From not getting contract sorted to incorrect billing and running debit orders off your account, not inline with original agreement. The agree to a R2750 payment a month but run a R3032 payment off your account. agreed first month will be late penalty but not every month thereafter. Then when i highlight this they return to say my account is suspended and i got to give them 1 month calendar notice to cancel something that goes against contractual obligations. How can a institution do this. So i am joining another medical scheme and want my money back.
