Poor assistance from Lawrence from fedhealth medical scheme.

I called in today to move my medical aid to you guys because I heard that you guys are more affordable. Then I was transfered to wellworx if im not mistaken. And I spoke to Lawrence who did not advise me clearly and then became sarcastic on the phone. He refused to assist with simple things like which hospital network.

This is totally unprofessional.
