Poor

I don't think Fedhealth knows what's going on with their accounts ???? last month my account was suspended i made a payment, a week or two later my suspension was lifted, now the funds was received for my monthly instalments, now i owe other monies, why are you guys so disorganised, then us as the member has to suffer, i get sms with two different payments which i never got last month, or the previous month you guys are just inconvenience your members and your staff is sooo rude yooh i have never dealt with such unprofessional staff. So now due to fed health negligence not notifying me earlier and having lift my suspension last month i thought every was fine this is very misleading worst of all, i have to now suffer for other peoples negligence And poor communication
